Plan For The Future
A DVD to help empower individuals with Down syndrome and their families to positively take the step from school into adult life
This DVD was produced by the NZ Down Syndrome Association and tells 3 young peoples stories of their transition from school to work. There is also information on what services are available, what do supported employment service providers do? And advice and support for employers.
NB: The library resources are available for ADSA library members to borrow. Unfortunately we do not sell direct to the general public.
