This DVD provides an overview of the Code of Health and Disability Services Consumer’s Rights.

This DVD provides an overview of the Code of Health and Disability Services Consumer's Rights to assist disabled people to understand and exercise their rights when receiving health and disability services. The DVD also explains the importance of speaking up when things go wrong so that service providers can make improvements to their service.
