A DVD that gives practical basic health and hygiene advice for anyone who supports a person with an intellectual disability. It includes nutrition, health checks, oral health, foot care, personal hygiene, wellness and exercise.
NB: The library resources are available for ADSA library members to borrow. Unfortunately we do not sell direct to the general public.
