This is a booklet with ideas on skipping rope activities.
Skipping rope activities consists of a booklet with ideas on skipping rope activities. Skipping ropes are traditionally used for skipping. However, they are far more versatile than that. For example snake line, curly wirly, river jump, balance walk, shape walk and many more ideas. This will help to develop skills such as body awareness, balance, timing, motor planning, and co-ordination.
NB: The library resources are available for ADSA library members to borrow. Unfortunately we do not sell direct to the general public.
