Social Clubs

Auckland Down Syndrome Association Social Groups. Hello and welcome!

Auckland Down Syndrome Association has teamed up with Recreate NZ to plan and facilitate the ADSA Social Clubs. The Social Clubs consist of two separate age groups: Youth, 13-17 years; and Adults, 18+ years. Meetings are on the first Saturday of every month.

A little bit about Recreate NZ
Recreate NZ is a registered charitable Trust which exists to provide positive ‘out of family’ experiences for youth and young adults with disabilities. Recreate was established in 2002 by a group of parents in order to create more social and recreational opportunities for their children with disabilities. Over the last 13 years, Recreate NZ has grown a lot, and now is a provider of a wide range of adventure, educational, recreational and social development programmes.
